  1. Fino Payment Bank Net Banking enables customers to carry out online banking activities from anywhere, anytime.

  2. Fino Payment Bank Net Banking is available to all customers with an active savings or current account.

  3. Fino Payment Bank Retail Net Banking is a convenient way of managing your account and transactions in your account without visiting the branch.

  4. You can register yourself online by using your Debit Card or Aadhaar.

  5. Your Net Banking session will automatically expire after 5 min of your idle time to ensure security of your account. All you have to do is login again.

  6. Retrieve your Customer ID / CIF, by clicking on Forgot Customer ID and follow the steps.

  7. OTP is a unique four-digit numeric code sent to your registered mobile number. It is an additional transaction security feature. It helps you to protect your account from any unauthorized access. Kindly do not share OTP with anyone.

  8. Kindly ensure that your mobile number is registered with the bank and your mobile has network in order to send and receive SMSes.

  9. Kindly download FinoPay application from Play store or App store and click on Forgot MPIN to reset your MPIN. You can use same MPIN to login into Net Banking.
